Delayed Action Lead Seal Single Slip Liner Hanger

The RIGGER ENGINEERING delayed action lead seal liner hanger is similar to the regular action liner hanger. The lead seal is good for up to about 1000 psi and the hanger is ideal for installing short production liners in gravel packing operations. The primary difference between this and the regular action hanger is in the setting procedure. With the regular action hanger the seal is set when the liner hanger takes weight when the liner is hung. In the delayed action version the seal is independent of the liner and can be set after the liner is hung. While lead is common for this type of application other types of seals are available, such as various rubber compounds.
